October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $260,000—up 31.65% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $399,900 in Bandera County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $402,350 in November.
Lakehills had 14 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 60—up 3.45% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 60 active listings, 26.67% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Lakehills grew 5.9% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $359,950. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 82 days, compared to 101 days in October 2024.
