He was amazing! He basically got our house on the market like in 1day and by the 2nd day we had an offer we could not refuse. The process was pretty much in a jiffy. He was helpful and got us the best offer we could not refuse. Our home was not even renovated but him and his team did a fantastic job on the pictures. He made the first experience of selling our home easily transitioning and offer as much assistance as possible to make it an easy process. He's a great agent I must say! And really friendly! And when we had much questions he tried his best to answer and for us to understand the process of selling our home that we lived in for 9-10yrs. And he also gave me my favorite pens with the highlighters at the end which was OSM! If I moved back to SA I would probably reach out to him for a home to purchase!

Johnny was awesome. I have never been as happy to get a "cold call" from him. I had a realtor lined up and everything, but he was nice, warm and very friendly. Not afraid to say what needs to be said and got me nearly 10 percent more on my house than my queued up realtor had recommended. Super honest and upfront. Would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor home in the SA area.
