He explain each step from the beginning to the very end. Adam provided excellent counsel when the first buyer was unable to obtain a mortgage and the property was relisted. The second listing produced many showings within a 7 day period of time and resulted in more than a dozen offers! Adam created a spreadsheet that was easy to understand and very helpful in making a final decision.
