Alicia is extremely rude and tends to be condescending during interactions. As a renter, if a problem arises and needs to be fixed you should never feel as though you’re a pest because it your job as landlord to ensure the problem the fixed. She can learn a thing or two regarding professionalism. It will in fact take her a long way!
