Year-over-year, Kennesaw’s rolling three-month data shows prices easing while options expand. The typical home value is down compared with last June, even as the median list price has inched higher, hinting that sellers are testing the market. Active listings are up from a year ago, giving buyers more to consider than they had last summer.
