Courtney Newton is the Broker/Owner of Courtney Newton & Associates and a founding partner of The Rezerve, bringing more than two decades of experience to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Metro Atlanta. Over the course of her career, Courtney has helped facilitate the sale of more than 2,000 homes, building a reputation for experienced guidance, strong negotiation, and a client-first approach to real estate.

Courtney's expertise spans residential sales, luxury real estate, investment properties, relocation, and complex transactions. As an active real estate investor herself, she brings firsthand knowledge and a strategic perspective to clients looking to build and manage real estate investments.

A longtime leader within the Atlanta real estate community, Courtney served as President of the Cobb Association of REALTORS® in 2014 and has been recognized among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Marietta Daily Journal. She earned her MBA from the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and has spent her career combining industry knowledge, business leadership, and hands-on real estate experience.

Today, Courtney leads Courtney Newton & Associates in serving clients throughout Metro Atlanta, with a strong presence in Cobb County, Cherokee County, Paulding County, North Fulton, and surrounding communities. They always were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free, and I always felt like I was in best hands.
