Prior to obtaining my real estate license in 2021 I was a very active real estate investor with a portfolio of properties that consisted of 32 single family homes, 20 storage units and completion of 5 flips. I decided to obtain my license so I could assist others in this field. I believe real estate is the best investment anyone can make, and I am passionate about helping others find their first, forever or investment homes!

My experience as an investor gives me tools that many agents do not have; assessment of property value and the different funding options available to challenging properties.
