Kamron did an amazing job helping through finding and purchasing our first home! He showed us through probably 20 homes, we went through 2 contracts before we found our home. Through the whole process he remained so patient and extremely responsive. He was very knowledgable, educating us on what and how to negotiate and steered us in the right direction and helped us make good decisions for our personal goals. He even helped keep our son occupied while we looked at houses. He made sure to hold other seller realtors accountable to timeframes which was very helpful, and allowed us to close early. Will Rhodes and the Jason Walker team were wonderful. When you hire Will, you are not just hiring a very competent realtor, you are hiring a team of specialized people that get the job done. The services they offered as part of their package ranged from target marketing and weekly metrics across multiple websites to another specialist that walked us through the closing process.

In addition, Will was an excellent communicator. He followed up with potential buyers’ agents and was also responsive to our questions or concerns. He was an excellent negotiator and had all the resources (including contractors) we needed to get our house sold!
