My name is Andrew Holder, and I entered the real estate business in May of 2015. I still hold the record for the most sales and volume for the first four months in the business, achieving $2.5 million in sales as a solo agent. Upon completing my first year, I broke into the top 10% of our brokerage, which is (and still remains) the largest residential brokerage in OKC, with nearly $5 million in closed volume. In my third year in the business, I stepped into a VP role for the office, where I trained existing agents on managing their businesses and helped run the office. Within three years, I transitioned into a broker role overseeing one of our branch offices. With my individual work as well as my experience in the broker role, there is likely no situation that could arise which I haven't encountered. I possess the local knowledge, contractual expertise, and data to support what I say. While anyone can be sales-driven, not everyone can substantiate their claims.
