Annette sold our property fast and for full asking price. We could not have asked for better results.

It took almost two years to find "the house". We knew at the first showing we wanted to make an offer. Annette drove out of her way, well past working hours, to show my husband the house because he was not able to make it to the day showing. The next morning, she had the offer written and was able to present it immediately. Her diligence helped us score our dream home, as there were several others interested in the property as well. Annette was also able to work w the sellers agent on a temporary renting agreement when we were not able to close on our original closing date. This was very helpful and important to us. The purchasing of our new home was well organized and timely. A job well done!

Annette was wonderful to work with! She was the perfect realtor. She was polite, patient, understanding and professional. She went above and beyond giving us her time, sometimes making long drives just to show us a house. She always had our best interest at heart and that's why we stuck with her. I knew she was going to be the realtor to find us the home we were looking for. She did an excellent job closing and negotiating so that we paid the price we wanted to pay for our home.It's not every day that you're lucky enough to come across a sales pro like Annette, luckily WE DID! Annette let us know she would be there every step of the way to help us. She was not pushy, in fact, she's extremely patient! She knows her job and how to do it well and always had suggestions when we weren't sure about certain things in a house we were viewing. After working with Annette, I truly consider her a friend. She was so awesome, seriously went to bat for us during negotiations and I am so glad she was on our team!

Annette did more than expected as I have a son who was needing some financial advice as this property will be for him and Annette offered suggestions to help him out. Now that to me is far above what is expected of a realitor. They also have a handicap child and she offered ways of assistance to him for that child. What other Realitor are you going to find who does that? Outstanding. A real credit to your company. All of this assured me I was dealing with the right person and company.

Annette is very knowledgeable about the area real estate market. She is also very prompt on taking us to see the properties whether we are looking at a investment property or a home to live in. She is always positive and professional.

Annette is an amazing go-getter. She can sell the unsellables. I have used Annette for both buying and selling several houses. She is great from both angles. I would not buy a house without having her in my corner. One house was gone before even hitting the market

Annette was focused on making the house sell and did a walk through with suggestions which we did and the house sold really fast. Other Realtors did not make any recommendations and it didn't sell. Plus she is very particular about the photos she takes and show great insight as to exactly the process - awesome agent.

We could not have had a better experience selling and buying a home. Both can be quite stressful, but having the right agent can reduce a lot of that stress. Annette met with us and listened to what our needs would be for both selling and buying. Then she came up with a plan for listing our house. From the time our house hit the market to the time we accepted the offer, it was less than 24 hours. Annette was available for calls/text messages all throughout the process regardless of the time. I would highly recommend Annette.
