April has been great with helping us find the right home and then seeing ours. She is knowledgeable about current market situation and will guide her customers in a right direction. The selling and buying of a house is a difficult and sometimes scary process, but April made this an enjoyAble experience for us. We would definitely recommend her to everyone and if we ever need a realtor again, we would contact her again.

It was a pleasure to work with April. She truly understands how to sell houses. April guided us each step of the way - from before listing the house, during the listing process, and up to the closing. She was extremely patient and answered every question we had. She was highly communicative and checked in frequently to ask if there was anything we needed help with.

She also gave us guidance when we purchased our home out of state which we were thankful for. She reached out a few days after to see how we were settling in our new home, which was very thoughtful.

I will recommend April to my friends and family for their real estate needs.
