I highly recommend working with Cesar. One of the things I liked best about working with him was that he really seemed to have my best interests at heart. This man will be pulling out his phone light checking basement corners for any signs of mold or water and checking above every stove to see if there’s a proper vent or not. He noticed many things on walk throughs that my parents and I may have just breezed right past and he makes sure to point out the things he notices, good or bad. They say never trust a sales person but idk, I think Cesar’s just in it for the love of the game at this point. I dragged this man to a LOT of houses and he never once rushed me. He was very insistent that we need to find the right fit for me and that I not go past the amount of money I was comfortable with. This was my first time buying a home so I had about 80,000 questions and he was always happy to talk through any questions or concerns. He’s a fun guy to work with as well. In these trying times you need a sense of humor or the home buying process will be miserable. All in all I would definitely recommend working with him.

Sohe went above and beyond for me. What I thought was impossible, Sohe made possible. Her communication and commitment to ensuring my property was sold in a timely manner was beyond my expectation. Highly recommend Sohe for any real estate transaction. Wish she was international!

She scheduled an appointment for me to view a house, but when we arrived, we couldn’t get inside because the tenants said no appointment had been arranged with them. I ended up wasting a lot of my time. I do not recommend her as a realtor.

I can’t say enough good things about Graciela, from day one she was so helpful. She cared about finding us something that we actually wanted not just finding something quick. She helped us find flaws and benefits of every place we looked at and she helped us buy our first home. Honestly can say that there couldn’t be a better realtor for us. Would recommend and rate 100 stars if it was possible.
