We had a great experience with Josie selling our home. She had a good initial presentation, knew the market, and return our calls and e-mails in a timely fashion. The most impressive attribute about her, is that, she was confident in a stressful situation. Halfway through the transaction we discovered that the buyer didn’t finalize on their loan (even through we were pack and have already put over a $1000 deposit on an apartment) With calmness, she explained what the next steps were and what actions we needed to take (She even made calls to the lender) I believe this was solely due to her experience in the business. We closed and everything was all good! I wish I can take her to Texas, to be my agent for rental properties.

Josie was extremely responsive, quick, knowledgeable and professional! We jumped into the buying process last minute and after visiting our 3rd house knew we wanted to make an offer fast. She was willing to drop everything and get the process going for us. I was very confident with her handling the purchase and would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
