Extremely thankful to have worked with Mrs. Buckner. I have known her for about two years and the process to buying a home even before I was ready was very easy. I had a about a month deadline to make to find a home and from the beginning she was very hands on, professional and knowledgeable about the process. The most important thing for me was that my realtor knew the timeline we had to get everything accomplished and was well versed in the process. Whenever I called, she was available to answer even when she wasn't feeling well, she literally still picked the phone up for me, to assist in the process.
