Over the latest rolling three-month period ending in April 2026, Temple Hills home prices have eased compared with a year ago. The typical home value is down about 8 percent year over year, and the median list price has fallen at an even faster pace. Sales activity has also pulled back, with homes sold and pending sales each dropping by roughly a quarter from last year’s levels.

Conditions on the ground show a market that has cooled from earlier highs but is still leaning toward sellers.
