It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Barbara Laib. I worked directly with her while my husband was out of state. She was understanding and patient in this regard particularly, as I didn't feel rushed in making any decisions before communicating effectively with my spouse. Barbara was prompt in communication and flexible in arranging walk-throughs/tours of homes within our price range; she was also immensely helpful in guiding us through the process of homebuying as first-timers. I was very worried we were going to be stuck with a second mortgage for a while because the house we were selling was going to be a major project to the next owner on top of just purchasing a brand new home in South Carolina, Barbara made me confident that what I thought was going to be a major burden wouldn't be and she was right. Barbara's expertise between advertisement and her wonderful photographer helped us accept an offer with in a week once it was put on the market. She did a great job and was a delight to work with and meet in person before we left for South Carolina and leaving it up to her to sell once we were gone. She was in constant communication since the time we had left from WI letting us know what was going on and offering us advice when we needed it. We definitely made the right choice going with Barbara and I will tell her again, she was our savior through out this whole process.
