My family recommended Barb to my husband and me when we started our search for our first home. They sent her an email and she reached out to us right away. She was easy to work with and made sure that the homes we looked at fit our criteria and during showings she suggested things to take into consideration that we hadn't even thought of. The process was smoother and easier than I expected and I credit a lot of that to her. Everything was amazing, I feel extremely lucky to have Barb helping with all the details especially with us heading into the holiday during closing. 5 STARS! If we could rate Barbara Laib higher we would. She was fantastic and made our transition from the East Coast to WI as easy as it could be. She had extensive knowledge of the area and was able to provide us with recommendations based on our needs and activities. This is our third home sale/purchase involving a realtor. However, this is the first time we will be returning to an agent. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with Barbara Laib in the future.

I am thoroughly happy with my experience in working with Barb Laib. She did a phenomenal job! This was my first home purchase so with having to go through the entire process of buying a home for the first time, Barb was there for me the whole time. Her knowledge, experience, dedication, taking the time to answer the "million questions and concerns I had", her attention to all details and helping me stay on track with all of the specific deadlines that needed to be met in the contract was exceptional. I would recommend Barb to anyone!

Also should note that Barb was extremely accessible at all hours of the day and night! Whether in the wee hours in the morning or late at night, I was able to communicate with Barb.
