I remember leaving this particular home and we both immediately felt like she was trustworthy, professional, knowledgable, approachable, and would be easy to work with. She took our needs into consideration and although we could often be difficult (more so confused on what we wanted), she was so patient with us. Aside from her heart-warming personality, she is very knowledgable and never steered us in the wrong direction when it came to location, build of the home, and all of the financials, keeping the lines of communication open at all times. Once we chose our home, Barbara was extremely pro-active and helpful with scheduling walk throughs, inspections, and kept us on track with our next steps through the entire process. When it came time to close, we had a quick and easy experience. We don't believe we would have found our charming Back Mountain home without the help and patience of Barbara.

Barbara provided both a church affiliation, and professional experience and training, that helped us purchase and begin the process of building a new district parsonage for the United Methodist Church in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre District.

Barbara was the best thing that happened to me during this trying time. I lost my husband in February and moved back home to Northeaster PA from Delaware to be near family. She was like my best friend that I had known for years and years. She can only be described as professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I don't know what else I could say. She went above and beyond and never failed to answer texts, phone calls and emails. That included after hours and during weekends. I would and will recommend Barbara to anyone looking for anything pertaining to real estate. It was not an easy move for me but Barbara made it seem that way. God bless her.

Barb started this journey with me almost two years ago with a house on West 8th street in Wyoming. She walked through countless properties with me and even more through her search portal.
