Year-over-year, Wilkes-Barre home values in this rolling three-month view are essentially flat, with the typical home value almost unchanged from last June even as prices climbed earlier in the year. In contrast, the median list price is up sharply from a year ago, rising nearly 13 percent, which points to sellers testing higher asking prices than last summer.
