Plymouth had 5 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 31.58% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 13 active listings, 23.08% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Plymouth fell 29.78% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $125,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
