Benny was absolutely amazing to work with! We had been planning to work with another local realtor who helped us purchase the home 24 years ago. After getting disappointing customer service and a low-ball posting price for our house, we decided to look for another realtor. We were referred to Benny from a longtime friend in the Toledo area. If we could give Benny and Angela 10 stars we would. Not only are they extremely intelligent and knowledgable of the real estate landscape - as well as the neighborhoods, homes, and communities they show - they are funny, kind, and personable. This was my husband's and my first time buying a home, so there was a lot that we didn't know. They never once made us feel less than for not knowing something, and explained everything in terms we could understand...and with patience when we didn't! :) Whenever we asked for advice, they gave us honest feedback and answers, all the options we should consider, and ensured our interests and requirements remained a priority. I knew home buying could be a long and strenuous process - and the market was not as favorable when we were looking - but we are forever grateful for their patience and understanding as we looked at house after house, not wanting to settle until we found a place that we loved.
