Holland’s rolling three-month snapshot shows relatively lean inventory, with 13 active listings and 2.4 months of supply. New listings are down more than 20 percent from a year ago, even as homes sold have climbed over 60 percent year over year. Pending sales are also higher than last year, indicating that a larger share of what does come on the market is moving into contract.

The typical home value over the latest three-month period is down a few percent from a year earlier, and the median list price has edged lower year over year as well.
