She arranged everything that was needed including photos, repairs, inspections, listings and other items. We both agreed on price within minutes of discussing and from there it was all done very quickly. From coming soon (Fri), listing (Sat) open house (Sun) multiple offers (Tuesday) accepted an offer (Fri), the biggest waiting time was for the bank to get things done.
