Blaine is a consistent top-tier producer in sales volume and transactions. As a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS ® Association Top Producers, he celebrates more than $20 million in sales annually and was most recently awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award for 10 years of qualifying as an Atlanta REALTORS ® Top Producers. Blaine was featured as one of Atlanta’s top 10 luxury agents in the 2014 and 2017 "Best of Atlanta" issue of the Atlantan magazine, recognized in The Men's Book Top 10 Modern Men of Atlanta in 2016 for philanthropy and featured as the cover story in Top Agent magazine in January of 2017. Most recently, he was recognized as a distinguished professional by The Expert Network as one of the Top 3 % of REALTORS ® in the United States.
He is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in chemistry. He credits his ability to critically think through complex negotiations to his rigorous education and studies abroad.
Before entering the real estate industry, Blaine worked for more than 10 years in the corporate setting with Fortune 100 companies serving as a human resources professional, sales and marketing professional and as a consultant. His knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of a business relationship afford him the ability to quickly offer solutions and connections.
