What sets me apart from other listing agents? As a resident of this area for over 38 years, I am familiar with and have sold a number of properties in a multi-county area: Walworth, Kenosha, Racine, Rock and Jefferson Counties. Our office is located in Lake Geneva, Walworth County, Wisconsin, with satellite offices located in the other counties. We heavily market the property on the Internet which is where, according to the National Realtors Association, 88% of all the buyers that have purchased their properties have seen the property first.

I have been a full-time real estate broker for 38 years and presently, I am the manager/broker for Homestead Realty Inc., the Lake Geneva office. Homestead Realty is a statewide real estate sales corporation and we have a total of 239+ agents in our company. I felt immediately comfortable having Bob as my realtor.
