Year-over-year, Como’s rolling three-month data shows notable price growth, with the typical home value up more than 30 percent compared to a year ago. At the same time, median list prices are only modestly higher, suggesting sellers are not raising asking prices as quickly as closed-sale values have climbed.

In the latest rolling period ending May 2026, inventory and activity have both expanded, with active listings up nearly 40 percent and homes sold up by a similar share from last year.
