Bob and his team were amazing to work with. My house was not 100% and I was selling "As Is". Bob helped me with some of the issues we were having by recommending a few contractors to help correct the items that NEEDED to be fixed. Bob was very patient and explained a ton of things that I was not aware of...he helped me understand what was foreign to me. I will definitely be using Bob & his team again! I highly recommend them!
