Brad King grew up with a contractor’s background and expanded into the Real Estate market. Living in the heart of Big Bear for more than 15 years has given Brad more knowledge and insight about the town he calls home.
He specializes in buying and selling luxury homes and lakefront properties.
Outside of the office, Brad is known for his talents on the basketball court. He’s never been one to say no to a competitive pick-up game! He is family-oriented, personable, and driven.
Working for years in construction, Brad is able to draw on that experience and provide clients with a smoother transition into buying their dream home. Clients are able to direct questions regarding building codes, best practices, sustainable resources, and the process of finding a good contractor, to name a few.
