We are relocating to the Regina area and Shayla Ackerman went over and beyond to accommodate us. She made sure she had made all the appointment for all the viewing we wanted to see and provided us with great advise, including neighbourhood information. Even after going back to our home, she help with the closure as we couldn't be there for it. Seriously, I wish everyone could offer great costumer services like her.

Our sale was a difficult one for us. The market was very slow and saturated with condos. We had to lower our price several times. Shayla was extremely adept at marketing of our property through all sorts of means from staging to social media.

Because we were in another province, communication was critical for us. Shayla provided us with consistent updates. If there were no showings, she gave us market updates. When it came to lowering the prices or strategizing, she always provided us with excellent advice and was extremely helpful. At no time did we feel like Shayla was anything but a champion for us!
