I think how Shayla stood out the most was how she agressivly advertises, and is super friendly and knowledgable. She told me exactly how she needed my place to look in order to sell it and even lent me some of her personal stuff, to give it more of a neutral look in order to appeal to possible buyers better. Which it obviously worked since it sold in the same day it went on the market.

Wow! It couldn't have been a faster or smoother sale.

We interviewed 2 Royal LePage agents and 3 others from other firms and made our choice based on presentations and the choices Shayla gave us. Our house went up on MLS the am of May 27 and we were signing a conditional offer at 7 pm that evening.

Shayla was great! As a young, first time home buyer, I felt she could really relate to our needs and wants! Not once did I ever feel pressure to buy, as she was only concerned in finding us a great home! I also felt like Shayla was the reason we got such an excellent deal on our home. I could not say enough nice things about Shayla Fitch. We had struggled to sell our home for a while and had literally given up hope. We had family members who used Shayla and had great things to say about her and recommended her. Our home was on the market for 12 and we received an offer and sold on the first showing we had under her listing. The knowledge and confidence she construed throughout the deal was exceptional and the way she cares about her clients is indescribable. She goes above and beyond and her positive attitude is so infectious. Even though we sold and haven't found our dream home, I have total confidence in Shayla whereas she will find that home for us and I can't wait to that happens! Wow I don't even know where to begin.. Shayla is an amazing person inside and out. Shayla and I have been the best of friends for over 20 years. And I would trust her with anything and everything. She always had our best interest and helped us with every step of the way. This was my favourite part of our whole experience of buying our first home, having Shayla represent us, knowing I could go to her with any questions that we had at anytime. I loved her knowledge and expertise and was blown away with how far she has come in last couple years. I would fully recommend her to anyone and everyone including my close friends and family! She handled me at my worse and handled me at my best through thick and thin, any day or any night. I will never forget the feeling I had when the sellers accepted our first offer, I starting bawling with excitement and I look over and here she was in the exact same boat along with me.
