We did fell apprehensive about many things being a first time home buyer but Shayla made us feel like this process was a walk in the park and something that we could let her take the lead in. We gave her what we were looking for in a house (and what we didn't want) and she helped us find it.. We gave her the houses we wanted to see and she made it happen right away. Shayla pointed out things to look at that we may not have thought of and was very level headed and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process.

Shayla was always there for us- be it on a weekend or 10pm at night, she works long hours and was always a phone call or text away. I was always saying sorry and she would say it was her job, making us feel as though we were the only ones she was there for- even though she probably had many others that she was helping along the way as well. She was approachable whenever we needed her, always getting back to us from the initial communications and interest into buying a house to possession day of our house. Shayla was always very nice with a big smile on her face.. it is clear that she loves her job.
