After 25 years of closing car deals in the finance office, I went to work with my wife, Angie, in real estate, in 2020. She is currently serving as the President of the Athens Area Association of Realtors in 2024 and licensed in 2006. We work as a team and when you choose one of us, you get both of us.

My specialty is my analytical skills; I can break down numbers so you know if you are paying the right price, and know how to price the home you want to sell to maximize your investment. When it comes time to negotiate the price or the repairs, you need someone that has successfully negotiated over 10,000 transactions personally, face to face, and knows how to find the win-win in a discussion.
