He obtained his real estate license in 2001 and his broker’s license shortly thereafter in 2003. Brian’s interest in preserving the character and charm of historic homes led to his decision to take the Historic Real Estate Program offered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation (www.nationaltrust.org). This program helps agents become more knowledgeable about and better stewards of historic properties. During this extensive course, Brian learned about the history of major American architectural styles, conservation methods, historic preservation regulations, and tax incentives. His focus is on residential sales, acquisition, property investment, remodel/renovation, and leasing throughout coastal Palm Beach County.

Brian’s understanding of the local market is unsurpassed, providing him with intimate knowledge of homes along the waterfront as well as Palm Beach County’s historic neighborhoods. He has a proven track record in his 17 years of experience helping his neighbors successfully market their homes for the best possible price and assisting buyers in finding their ideal home.

Using his strengths, which include strong negotiation skills and the ability to facilitate transactions effectively, Brian also leverages his relationships with local real estate brokers and vendors such as title agents, inspectors, insurance providers, mortgage brokers, and contractors to help ensure a smooth transaction. Equally effective are Brian’s soft skills, such as the ability to listen intently, interpret the market, maintain professionalism, and treat all clients with respect, honesty, and enthusiasm. In his spare time, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle that includes boating, cycling, motorcycle riding, running, paddleboarding, and travel. In fact, Brian has completed three Ironman-distance triathlons—2.4-mile swim, 140-mile bike, and a 26.2-mile run. Oh, and he loves dogs!
