Brittany was wonderful! I can’t recommend her enough. First off, I sent her a list with 20+ homes on it and she made notes on all the home, based on her thoughts, the area and if she’d seen it already. She then added to the list with homes she thought I’d like based on the price and style of my list. After i’d gone over her notes, I sent her a list of 18 or so homes I wanted to see asap. She set all the viewings up for the next couple days. We saw a lot of homes very fast. We found the house we were looking for and Britany proceeded to negotiate back-and-forth for weeks with the selling agent. It took 6-7 weeks but she never gave up and she got us our house! She is warm and delightful with just the right amount of thug. She never once made us feel like a burden for needing more or requesting something else. We’re military and we move a lot so we’ve done this a few times now. She is by far the best realtor we’ve ever had. We won’t be disappointed with Brittany Sudbeck.
