Brody took care of everything that needed to be done. I didn't know how to go about buying a building without getting a loan person involved and he took care of everything.

My mother inherited a house in Barboursville and we had no idea how to begin the process of selling it while living in Virginia. A neighbor told us she was very pleased with her realtor, Brody Nash, so when I discovered he is a top-selling agent in the area, I reached out to him. He made every effort to meet us quickly despite his family vacation plans. When we met, I was struck by his professionalism, his depth of knowledge about the housing market, and his friendly and accessible demeanor. Brody was honest about issues that might affect the sales price of the house and offered excellent solutions to address some of these issues. He provided the names of individuals who could do some minor repairs and cleaning, and that was invaluable. Perhaps the best testimony of Brody’s expertise, though, is the fact that the house sold in four days and above the asking price! Working with Brody Nash has been a positive experience and I can enthusiastically recommend him as an outstanding realtor.

We had a very pleasant experience with Brody when purchasing our home! He never pushed us into a decision, just offered guidance. We are young homebuyers so we did not have a lot of knowledge about the homebuying process. Brody was patient with us and was willing to answer any questions we had day or night. We would recommend Brody to our friends or family!
