Brody Nash is one of the best real estate agents in our area. He sold the house that other agents said couldn’t be sold. I genuinely think he put in the same effort selling my house as he would a million-dollar home.

Brody is friendly and honest. He was upfront about everything I needed to know. I never felt like I was left in the dark on anything. He knows the community and the housing market. Overall it was great working with him

The most important piece for us was to feel like the agent was going to do everything necessary to market the property well. We found just that with Brody Nash & Century 21. I believe that was the biggest factor as to why it sold fairly quickly. We had listed it 3 years ago for 6 months with a different company and didnt get near the activity as this time around. We were very pleased with the results, grateful for the knowledge that Brody had, and the efforts to get it sold.

Brody was up front and honest about everything from day one. We lived out of town while selling and he made the process much easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend C21 and Brody Nash.

Brody was direct, explained things and his approach very well, had a great personality, etc. I don't know how I would have made it thru this selling my house in Scottown and buying a replacement house without him! He was, no matter what came up (and things did come up), very steady and helpful! Couldn't say enough good things - no, great thing - about Brody! I'll recommend him to everyone I never need!

Brody's virtual tour is what sold my house - and I had never done that before! Additionally, his vast use of online media was what sold my house - after all, the buyers were from the East Coast! Brody also explains everything simple terms which was fantastic since this was the first time I had ever had to make the decisions, etc by myself!

Brody was very helpful and always made himself available when we needed him. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were a little intimidated by the process, but Brody was always able to answer our questions quickly. Also, everyone Brody recommended to us for things like who to get for the home inspection and who to apply for our mortgage with - everyone he recommended was very good and professional. The process was about as painless as it could possibly be for us. At every step of the way, we felt like Brody just wanted to help us get the right house. Thanks Brody!

I really liked Brody's approach using social media to sell our house. We live pretty far out so, your typical open houses and such are not really applicable. Brody's use of 3D video tours and live broadcasts via social media was a very creative way to reach a broad range of folks.

My friend recommended Brody Nash. I am so glad I went with him! I have worked with a handful of brokers in the past, but Brody blew them all away. He works hard to get your home sold! Brody puts in the time at listing to market homes using all the latest technology. He was able to get my home sold in less than three weeks. Hands down, the BEST broker in the area.
