Worked with Cameron to buy our first home the experience was the best I could have hoped for. From our first call, Cameron was super knowledgeable, able to educate us on the market, and focused on making sure we met our needs- more of an advisor than your typical real estate agent. He was super responsive, adaptable, and patient through every step of the process.
To his credit, it was the first non-new build house he showed us (not what we had originally in mind) but it turned out to be a perfect fit for our needs. Once we decided, he helped us get to our first offer getting accepted and ultimately closing on the house.
I will say, I talked to many agents in the early stages and worked with a few at the beginning and it was a mixed bag (mix of pushy, dismissive, and just not focused on us). Meanwhile, Cameron was excellent from the beginning and I with the benefit of hindsight- I am so glad I went with him. I can't recommend him enough- particularly for buyers that are new to Boise.
