About

Hello, my name is Candida Shriver. I have spent nearly 20 years in Paramedicine, EMS, and Critical Care, serving my community in high-stress, high-stakes environments where trust, urgency, and clear communication are essential.
Throughout my career in emergency services, I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, advocate fiercely for others, and guide people through some of the most important moments of their lives. Those same skills now guide my work in real estate.
