Kim was so great with explaining the process of home buying and the risks of it all. We were so nervous and weren’t sure what questions needed to be asked, but she informed us of everything we needed to know! She never stopped helping us to look for our family home. Kim is very kind and understanding, even though we would bug her at all hours with questions that would come up. She was always there to help. She didn’t stop even after we moved in the house!! Kim was phenomenal is assisting with the sale of a relatives home. We no longer live in the area, and had to complete everything remotely. She went above and beyond to make sure things got done as needed quickly and efficiently. My dad got sick in March of 23 and passed away in July of 23. My sister, brother, and myself were left to deal with my dad's house. Kimberly was a big help right from the start. She helped get the house ready, from cleaning, to taking down old wall paper, etc, she was right there. We had a few things left to move of my dad's from the house, she dropped off boxes when we ran out!!! She's very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Just a great experience from start to finish.
