Cara was great! She was my agent during a difficult time for me as the home we were selling was that of my deceased brother and many legal issues with the estate, taxes, probate, etc. had to be considered. She was responsive, helpful and returned every phone call promptly. If she did not know or was unsure of an issue (this was a complicated transaction), she researched the issue and immediately got back with me in a timely manner. She was also great at selling the home as it sold for the asking price in 3 days. She and her associates showed up at the home prior to listing and did a great job assisting me with getting it ready for showing. It was a pleasure working with her and her attention to detail and responsiveness took a lot of pressure off me. I would highly recommend her!
