Carson Waller is a proud graduate of Southern Oregon University with a degree in Accounting. His journey in real estate began in 2018, and since then, he has passionately invested in the thriving Rogue Valley community. Currently, he is the owner of over a dozen residential units strategically placed across the region. Beyond rental properties, Carson has completed multiple fix-and-flip projects and is an expert in both market and investment analysis.

In 2024, Carson started SOAR Realty for one reason: he did not feel as though the majority of agents and property managers in Oregon were equipped to help real estate investors thrive. He now helps his clients buy, manage, and optimize their real estate portfolios. Carson manages his own rental portfolio as well as those of other investors who have trusted him to treat their properties as his own.

Prior to his venture into real estate, Carson served as a dedicated police officer with the Ashland Police Department.
