Inventory in Ashland has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up sharply from a year ago and new listings rising by nearly a third. Homes are still changing hands at a healthy pace, as closings and pending sales are close to last year’s levels. With months of supply up to around four and a half, buyers have more options than they did a year ago even though conditions still lean toward sellers.
