Cassandra was born and raised in West Michigan. She attended Grand Valley State University, where she earned a degree in Finance and Economics, providing her with a unique insight into understanding trends and values in the real estate market.

Cassandra entered the real estate industry as a realtor while working as a Category Manager at Gordon Food Service, where she managed over a billion dollars in sales and negotiated contracts with vendors. Her goal as a realtor was to gain insights on homes before they hit the market, but she soon became fully invested in helping others maximize their opportunities when selling or buying. Additionally, she enjoys educating others on investing in vacation rentals, as well as single-family short-term and long-term rentals.

Home is where the story begins, and Cassandra’s passion lies in learning about each client and determining what is best for them in their current stage of life.
