Inventory and buyer activity in Lake Odessa have both been on the upswing in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are up more than 40 percent year over year, and new listings have risen by about a quarter, giving shoppers more options. Other indicators point to a market that still leans toward sellers, but with less intensity than before. Months of supply has increased to 2.9, and the share of homes selling above list price has dropped by about 20 percent year over year, while the average sale-to-list ratio now sits just under 100 percent.
