Cathy Brooks

Cathy Brooks is just what you would want in a real estate agent. She knows what she is doing, she is appropriately aggressive, persistent and thorough. She worked hard and did not waste time. Cathy was able to do what she told me to expect. The market appraisal was accurate and the first weekend the property was listed there were several bids within $5K of the asking price. The winning offer failed as the buyer moved too slowly and eventually the sale fell through, but Cathy contacted the previous offers to see if they were still interested. One of them reconfirmed their offer. She explained to me in detail the process for moving the sale from an offer to a completed sale and then moved the sale along and a couple of months later everything was complete. I do not live anywhere near Florida, and we were able to do this by telephone and email.
