Personally, he is a fantastic, energetic person to work with and became a good friend throughout the process. He even cleaned my new place after the previous owners left it dirty!

We cannot say enough great things about Chad. He is truly the best realtor we have ever interacted with and really put our wants and needs first, above everything else - while also being very realistic about what we were up against. His main goal is to help people and give back to the community, and it shows when you're working with him. He explained the process thoroughly and helped us through every single step. We were in a severe time crunch with the house we ended up purchasing and he went out of his way and worked very hard to make sure we hit deadlines and had everything lined up to make it happen - without compromising the route we wanted to go.
