Hi, I’m Dwayne Montoya, a Colorado real estate broker and Founding Member of SERHANT. Colorado. I’ve spent nearly two decades in residential real estate and have personally helped buyers and sellers through more than 500 transactions, representing over $265 million in sales volume.

Before focusing full-time on residential brokerage, I spent 13 years in the homebuilding industry, advancing from new home sales into executive leadership, including serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Operations. That experience gave me a unique understanding of home values, construction, negotiation, new construction, and how buyers make purchasing decisions.

Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout the entire Denver Metro Area and Northern Colorado (from Castle Rock to Fort Collins).
