She helped us price the home correctly since we were in a competitive market. We had a TON of interest and received an offer right away. Highly recommend!

I've taken awhile to write this review because I wanted to give the thought and care into this review that Sally Heldman gave into helping us for nearly a decade before we sold. We had a rental house that we were deciding whether to put on the market for almost 8 years. For that entire time span Sally was available to us to ask questions and keep her updated on when (or if!) we were going to finally sell the investment property. Once we finally decided to sell she took the time to walk through the rental property and gave us great advice on not only how to update the house with the most current neutral colors and features but also was straight up with us about things that we shouldn't put money into changing because either the new owners would probably prefer to do so themselves and/or we wouldn't get a good return on investment for those things. Then followed a few more months of fixing rental damage and getting the house to where we were proud to list and sell it.

Sally helped us purchase our home in October 2024. She was so helpful through every aspect of the buying process. We were first time home buyers and she explained what was going to happen every step of the way. She also has great contacts from mortgage lenders to home inspectors. Everyone she recommended was fantastic to work with.
