I was a little nervous about asking to see too many properties and being picky, but Chantelle was patient and encouraging throughout the whole process, saying that it's good for her to see the properties too, to expand her knowledge and not once making me feel like a hassle. She noted my priorities and took detailed notes for each property. She also provided great insight on potential repairs or concerns, demonstrating her experience with insurance requirements and appraisal guidelines. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and I felt like she was truly looking out for my best interest. I work in the industry and this is my third real estate purchase.
