I've been in the real estate business on the Gulf Coast since 2001, which is over 25 years of experience. My expertise ranges from Gulf front condos to investment properties, fixing and flipping flooded homes, building spec homes, developing and splitting vacant land, and much more. I've assisted clients in buying property, helping them with the rezoning process or splitting land into multiple lots, and even helped with subdivisions. I have a diverse background in the real estate field, including running a vacation rental company, managing high-end Gulf front condo associations and working with their boards of directors, as well as experience as a property adjuster, which helps me understand the other side of property insurance policies and the claims process. My background and time in the industry, through good and bad markets, enable me to assist my clients in the buying or selling process and provide insights from multiple different viewpoints.
